LTC Process

1.) Complete State of Texas application online https://txapps.texas.gov/txapp/txdps/ltc/login.do;jsessionid=pu8okBwvBmUXohr7L2L_9JaGRUhW7TddmNv1dXZMHn8Up38zxG22!127802265!-274007103?errorReason=session

 

 

2.) Schedule finger prints through IdentoGO via email sent after application from the state or at https://uenroll.identogo.com/ using service code: 119Q91

Attend certified LTC course.

 

3.) Attend a certified LTC Course

 

4.) Once course is completed upload supporting document to https://www.dps.texas.gov/rsd/contact/ltc.aspx
