2.) Schedule finger prints through IdentoGO via email sent after application from the state or at https://uenroll.identogo.com/ using service code: 119Q91

 

3.) Attend a certified LTC Course

 

4.) Once course is completed upload supporting document to https://www.dps.texas.gov/rsd/contact/ltc.aspx
