Service Description

The RDS-O Instructor course is designed to equip firearms instructors and motivated shooters with the skills, techniques, and training pathways to break down skills into isolated parts and build them into subconscious practices. Key topics include: * Pillars of Shooting: Vision, grip, and trigger manipulations. * Reloads: Efficient reloading techniques. * Target Transition: Smooth and quick movement between targets. * Predictive Shooting Processes: Utilizing the appropriate confirmation levels and reacting once the appropriate amount of information is acquired. * Reactive Shooting Processes: The ability to utilize a well developed index point to appropriately engage targets at the highest levels of speed and accuracy. * The Draw: Effective drawing techniques. * Movement: Incorporating dynamic movement into shooting scenarios. The course emphasizes how to break large training areas into digestible pieces, allowing you and your students to identify inefficiencies and develop skills grounded in consistency, repeatability, and predictability. Equipment: * Pistol with Red Dot Sight already mounted. * Ear & Eye protection * Duty grade holster and 2 magazine pouches on belt. * Recommended 5 magazines, minimum 3 magazines. * USPSA Gear is welcome. * Rain Gear * 1000 rds ammunition recommended.
